Logical Leverage
The optimization company

One skill moves everything: running the room.

Logical Leverage finds the input that changes the outcome, then makes it obvious. That input is live virtual events — and the person who runs them.

Which one are you?

Two doors. Both start here.

Become the producer a coach trusts with their whole event

Get paid to run live virtual events.

You’ve already got the instinct: you’re calm when things break and software makes sense to you. That’s the whole job. Learn the sequence and you become the person a coach hands their virtual event to without a second thought — and that confidence is what they’re actually paying for, from your desk, off camera, every week of the year.

  • Be the one a client trusts with their biggest day
  • Work from home, off camera — a laptop and a good connection
  • Starts free with the first-client roadmap

You’re running an event and can’t afford a bad hour

Have your event produced for you.

You present. We run everything the audience never sees — scenes, audio, slides, guests, recording, and the call that has to be made the second a camera dies. Your event runs remotely, so there’s no venue to book, no crew to fly in, and no gear to rent.

  • A tech check before the day, so nobody meets the software live
  • Run to a written script, with the decision already made for what breaks
  • Your recording back, cleaned up, the same week

This is the whole job, and this is all it takes.

Scenes, audio, recording, and the decision that has to be made the second a guest’s camera dies. No venue, no crew, no camera pointed at you — one seat, run from wherever it happens to be that week.

Home production desk: two monitors, a video switcher, a Stream Deck, and a guest live on screen
From home. Two screens, a switcher, a laptop. The client’s guest is live on the left.
The same desk set up at a live event, with a full room of attendees behind it
The same desk, on site. A three-day event, run from one seat at the back of the room.
Who are you?

Logical Leverage is Kareem Boehmer.

He produces live virtual events for a living — weekly calls, launches and multi-day events, for rooms of five hundred to five thousand people, all from a laptop, with no crew and no camera pointed at him. What a client is actually buying isn’t the software. It’s a speaker who can breathe, trust the room and sell, knowing everything they can’t see is handled.

He does this because nobody should have to white-knuckle their own event. The order, the cues, the plan for what breaks — all decided before the day, so the person on stage can do the one thing only they can do. And because it’s a sequence rather than a talent, it doesn’t have to stay with him. It can be run for you, or handed to you.

Same two doors, whenever you’re ready.

One takes five minutes to read. The other starts a conversation about your event.
